Gift Card
o The gift voucher is valid for use at resort stay only.
o The voucher must be presented at the time of check-in.
o Advance reservations are required and are subject to availability.
o Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or reimbursed.
o Any additional charges beyond the voucher value must be paid by the guest.
o The resort reserves the right to refuse service if the voucher is found to be tampered with or misused.
o Cancellations or modifications to bookings made using a gift voucher are subject to the resort’s cancellation policy.
o No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the voucher.
